Denise Delaney

Denise Delaney Denise Delaney has more than 20 years of experience in business, moving from the not-for-profit, social service arena early in her career to corporate and investment banking, both in New York City and Boston. As part of the senior management team at BankBoston (now Fleet Bank) she was most recently responsible for integrating a newly acquired company into the existing bank. Being the liaison between management teams of both organizations provided plenty of opportunity to negotiate styles, cultures, organizational structures, and work ethics in searching for a common ground.

Ms. Delaney began in banking by marketing, structuring and negotiating large financial packages for corporate clients. Later, as a manager of various financial service businesses (from real estate to bond trading), she developed her negotiating skills with staff and management on setting sales and financial goals, salary structures, diversity issues, and workplace environment. This also included coaching her staff on negotiating client transactions.

Ms. Delaney has a M.S. from Columbia University in Social Service Administration and Business, a M.A. from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in Social Ethics, and a B.A. from Central Bible College. She is a photography aficionado, which means taking a lot of nature shots and developing them in her dark room, as well as the occasional photo of her husband and two golden retrievers.
