Marsha M. Vaughan

Marsha Marsha Vaughan became an integral part of TNSC in January, 2000. Her work experience goes back into the previous century, however. Mrs. Vaughan began her professional life as a teacher after earning her Bachelor of Science degree in education.

After a hiatus to raise a family, Marsha joined the business world rather than returning to education. She has specialized in not specializing. While working with two manufacturers representatives and a paper jobber, Marsha has worn several titles, often simultaneously: Office Manager, Customer Service Manager, and Purchasing Agent. She spent fifteen years contributing to the growth and success of The Technical Papers Corporation, sales representatives for manufacturers of packaging materials and their Franklin Tape Division, a distributor of packaging supplies. Mrs. Vaughan's capacity to respond to the needs of customers, suppliers, and her own company make her a 'natural' for The Negotiation Skills Company.

Marsha's husband, daughter, and their two golden retrievers help to hone her negotiating skills. She also occasionally negotiates with a higher power on behalf of the Boston University ice hockey team.
